• Carpet, Linoleum, and Soft Tile Apprenticeship Program (Women Strongly Urged to apply)

You must be a member to use NICA services. Membership is on a yearly basis and varies by trade. Contact Kris at 509-750-7553 for membership information.

Our members currently include only Washington State Contractor.  We help these companies comply and thrive within the framework of Washington Labor Law.
